The estate is located along the Kimel River, from which it takes its name, has access to good, clean water for processing its crop, which is a prerequisite for growing quality coffee.
The method of processing by wet or "washed" combined with the roasting profile, give the coffee notes of sweet malted caramel, baked spices and chocolate with a little orange peel on the finish.
The estate also provides education for children and medical facilities for the workforce and dependents.
